Wednesday 26  - Thursday 27 July 2017
Commences Wednesday morning and concludes Thursday afternoon

Melbourne, Victoria

CIE’s Real Estate Investing Forum explores the current opportunity set for real estate investors and highlights the key organisational and investment factors necessary for effective implementation. Globally, real estate assets have established their place in institutional portfolios and, as such, investment in the asset class is becoming increasingly sophisticated.

The Forum will facilitate debate and discussion around dynamic changes across the real estate landscape, the opportunities and risks borne from increased competition among investors to secure prime real estate into their portfolios and the key trends that will shape real estate investing moving forward.

Topics to be covered include:

  • Exploring cyclical and structural trends affecting global real estate and why Australian investors ought to be looking abroad
  • Constructing diversified real estate portfolios – balancing risk and opportunity
  • Investing opportunities beyond core real estate
  • What’s next for Australian real estate?
