Equities Forum 2017

Wednesday 19 – Friday 21 July 2017
Commences Wednesday afternoon and concludes Friday afternoon.

RACV Country Club, Healesville, Victoria

CIE’s Equities Forum will delve into the challenge of building efficient, globally-oriented equity portfolios. Clearly, domestic equity exposure will remain a cornerstone of Australian institutional investor portfolios; however as the superannuation system continues its rapid growth, global equities are set to play a greater role. As this trend evolves, the challenge will be to create an equity portfolio where both Australian and global stocks are properly integrated rather than seen as separate asset classes.

Topics to be covered include:

  • Viewing the world through geographic, thematic, or emerging economy lenses
  • How Australian companies are positioned on the global stage
  • Tailoring investment approaches according to market characteristics
  • Designing equity portfolios in a global setting

Who should attend?

CIE’s Real Estate Investing Forum explores the current opportunity set for real estate investors and highlights the key organisational and investment factors necessary for effective implementation.
